The Discovery
Certain chemical reactions produce a voltage while the reaction
is in progress. These voltages can be monitored by the AccuCure™
System. The voltage produced within the reaction is definable
and predictable, allowing AccuCure™ to monitor the progression
of the reaction and pinpoint the precise conclusion of the reaction.
Current Methods VS. AccuCure™
Current methods are unable to instantly track and confirm reaction
completion. Most of these methods utilize experience tables
or "off line" reaction data which require collecting
samples from a batch during processing. The samples are then
analyzed "off line" to determine the progression of
the reaction.
This "off line" process can take from several minutes
to several hours to obtain reaction progression data. Since
the reaction is still progressing during the data collection
and analysis phase, the information collected is obsolete.
AccuCure™
AccuCure™ tracks the reaction in real time and thereby
eliminates wasted time needed to generate external data.
AccuCure™, coupled with the speed of microprocessor technology,
automatically provides the exact stage a reaction has progressed
to within one one-thousandth of a second.
The AccuCure™ System reduces batch "down time,"
thereby increasing productivity, control and quality, all with
significant cost savings.
AccuCure™ Quick Facts
Inventor -
Tison Wyatt
Definition -
AccuCure™ is an instrument that allows instant tracking
of a chemical reaction on line.
Origin -
To solve the problem of batch down time created by existing
methods that do not provide instant data on the state of a particular
reaction; thereby producing more consistent batches.
Usefulness -
Confirms batch uniformity and reaction completion leading to
a reduction of lost process time.
AccuCure™ Means Consistency
Provides instant time of reaction completion Improves consistency from batch to batch Eliminates wasted batch "down time" Improves quality Provides printout of entire reaction process Spreads fixed costs over more runs per day Allows for greater control of reaction Provides on line production status Alerts operators to potential batch problems with screen readouts Leads to improved productivity Increases profitability

Tison Technologies, LLC, is dedicated to creating new and improving
existing industrial technology in the world. We are continually searching
for a better way to manufacture a product and automate processes to
allow for a lower cost per unit in an industrial environment.
AccuCure
is a new sensor that allows real time confirmation of chemical reaction
completion. AccuCure techniques are patented.
AccuCure provides
instant information on the exact stage of a chemical reaction.
AccuCure provides
maximum batch time efficiency not achievable using current methods
which use historical data for the primary base in establishing the
process for a reaction.
AccuCure reduces
batch time processing, resulting in both significant cost savings
and better quality control.
AccuCure
in real time, confirms reaction completion.
